• Conducted the subject expert lectures regularly, keeping an eye on the understanding of the students. Carried out practical sessions with explanation about the purpose of the experiment and the procedures that follow to seek results. Carried out Debate, JAM, Seminar and Group Discussions (GDs) sessions in regular classes to help students to understand the subject better. Arranged Expert meets for students on a periodic basis to create an interest about the subject. Encouraged students to build committees among themselves. Provided students with information outside the classroom such as future prospects in the subject, the competitive Exams, etc. Act as a Convener of Internal Management meets in the MBA Department. Act as a Placement Coordinator in the MBA Department. Providing the Placement Assistance to the students from the CMM, PCMM level companies. Conducting Training programs to the students for the development of skills and knowledge as per our competitive world. Providing Real-time knowledge (HR and Finance) to the MBA final year students for getting the jobs in corporate easily. Giving awareness on Firms Strategies to recruit the students in the different levels of position basis. Conducting Guest Lecture Programs from the Corporate Experts to the students of enhancing their skills.
