About
Working at the nexus of cybersecurity and knowledge management, Winner specializes in a holistic approach to cybersecurity (DevSecOps). She has extensive experience as a corporate trainer and business consultant in the US, UK, EU and MENA, in both the public and private sectors. As a member of the U.S. NIST National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education working group, she is one of the authors of NIST NICE “Cybersecurity is Everyone’s Job”. She is a member of the peer-reviewed National Cyber Watch Cyber Skills Journal Editorial Board (CSJ). She has led two CSJ Dialogues and has a paper published in the Special Issue “Diversifying the Cyber Security Workforce” titled The Middle East Perspective on Multiculturalism in the Online Work Environment.
