I am an Assistant Professor at the University of North Bengal, with experience since 2019 in the Department of Lifelong Learning and Extension. My work focuses on higher education, research, and community engagement in areas like Rural Development, Public Administration, and Public Policy. I guide postgraduate students, conduct socio-economic field surveys, and coordinate various programs. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Rural Development and am proficient in ICT-based teaching and AI tools for academic research.
