I have joined as an Assistant Professor (Mathematics) in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Agricultural College and Research Institute, Madurai in the year 2007. I have ten years of experience in Teaching and Research in Mathematics and Econometrics Discipline. So far, I handled 23 undergraduate courses for students of Agricultural, Horticulture, Agrl. Engineering and Home Science. For Post graduate students I handled 25 courses in the field of Mathematics, Operational research, Mathematical modeling and Mathematical statistics and for Ph.D students I handled 2 courses in the field of Mathematics and Soil Science. I have been teaching for B.Sc. (Agriculture and Home Science) students at Madurai from 2007 onwards and B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Tech. (Food Process Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering and Agricultural Information Technology) students at Coimbatore from 2011 onwards. I have been recognized as Post Graduate Teacher and teaching for M.Sc. (Ag) Economics in Madurai and M.Sc. (Hort.) in Fruit Science, Vegetable Science and Floriculture at Coimbatore campus. I have assured that students inplant training was arranged in leading export oriented Agro Processing Companies, Agro inputs manufacturing units and dry flower industries to gain experience in Agriculture input production and marketing strategies. I have served as Ward counselor for Agricultural College and Research Institute, Madurai students from 2007 to till date and actively co-ordinated all co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the students. I was also served as Staff Associate for social service during 2008-2009, 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16.I was served as organizing committee member for 21st National Conference on Agricultural Marketing during 20.12.2007 to 22.12.2007.I was also served resource person for Information and Communication Technology Training for Agricultural Officers – Word Processing during June, 2008 to April, 2009.I have served as Deputy Warden (Ladies) from 2008 to 2010 and also actively contributed for taking up the modernization and modification works in the Ladies Hostel to cater to the welfare of the student community. To improve my professional competency, attended a total of 47 training programmes, seminar and symposium of both National and International level. To my credit I have published 3 books, 15 research papers at National and 16 International levels and 15 reading cum practical manuals to my credit.
