She holds a Ph.D. in Law focusing on "Stringent Rape Laws vis a vis False Cases in relation to Socio-Legal Position of Accused in India," from Amity University, Jaipur. With a strong academic foundation including LL.M. in Cyber Crimes and Cyber Law and an MBA in Human Resource Management, Asha has served in various capacities such as Assistant Professor at Mewar University and currently at Banasthali Vidyapith. Her expertise extends to legal consulting, judiciary committees, and participation as a judge in moot court competitions, reflecting her profound influence in legal academia.
