Research in Deep Learning For Medical Image Analysis
Conversion of DICOM (.nii) images into png. Slicing the image to read fine texture, sliced LR images were used as an input. Performed SRCNN, SRGAN and ESRGAN to recover HR images using SISR. Tools: Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Keras, Tensorflow
