Banking System
Analyzed, designed and developed a banking system for UCO Bank at Banasthali Vidyapith as a part of course . The database was implemented in SQL Server 2000 and the logic was coded in Visual Basic 6.
Remedy and EPM Tool
Remedy is a Service Mgmt Tool.It allows organization to manage the services delivered within the company. In ST, Remedy is currently being used to manage IT Services. Incident and Change Mgmt are the modules currently invoked in ST Remedy. EPM is an Enterprise Project Mgmt Tool.It automates Prince2 Methodology.With 2 key modules of Portfolio Server and Project Server,EPM guides how projects are managed in ICT. Project Portfolio brings all organizational parts together and provides a clear big picture view of projects running. Hence for Management it provides visibility , insight and control of projects.Project server allows the Project planning and monitoring by respective Project Managers. I am in Application Support Team. This job includes deployment of Remedy configuration data and managing support requests relating to EPM. Worked under Development activity and participated in Incident and change Management Module. With around 13000 people getting impacted by this activity, it is quite a critical job. It demands good understanding of both the system and organizational awareness as well.
