- To provide help in project setup, auditing & budgeting. Providingfinancialreports and interpretingfinancialinformation to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of organisation finances is maintained. Develop trends and projections for the organisations finances. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Manage the preparation of the organisations budget. Responsible for organizing workshop of experts and real life sharing experience from these experts.
