I am an interdisciplinary researcher, innovator, academician, and administrator. As a researcher, my research work is broadly focused on nanobiotechnology, nanochemistry, and forensic nanotechnology. A major portion of my research dealt with the design and development of paper microfluidic based point-of-care diagnostic platforms for the early detection of disease-specific biomarkers. I have received multiple projects from various competitive funding agencies such as SERB-OPDF, DST, SERB & GSBTM. To date, I have published more than 70+ articles in high-repute international Journals and published 2 full provisional Indian patents in India. I have published 10+ book chapters in an international publishing agency. I have published a 4+ book on various nano-biotech domains. Currently, my significant research focuses on the development of affordable n for disease monitoring, agricultural nano-products, and products for societal use. As an academician, I taught Organic and Analytical chemistry, Nano-Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and Forensic nanotechnology As an administrator, I am serving as IAR placement cell and industrial relations coordinator, member secretary of IAR-student startup and innovation policy, Govt. of Gujarat, member secretary of IAR- Institution innovation council I am open to collaboration or mentorship in the fields of nano biosensors and microfluidics. In order to create highly socially impactful nanodevices, I am also building a network of physicians, biosensor enthusiasts, software developers, and electrical hardware enthusiasts.
