PERCEPTION, AWARENESS AND BENEFITS OF CHATGPT-AN EMPIRICAL STUDY AMONG GENERATION Z AND MILLENNIALS
Abstract
This empirical study investigates how Millennials and Generation Z view ChatGPT and its advantages. We employed mixed-methods research techniques to gather information about the understanding and usage of ChatGPT among members of these two generational cohorts through surveys and in-depth interviews. Our research shows that while both generations are generally aware of ChatGPT, Millennials have a greater degree of familiarity with the platform since they have had more time to experience its benefits. Although they are also informed, Generation Z exhibits a more critical attitude towards AI technologies, frequently concentrating on useful uses and moral issues.

Relevance and Originality
The study explores a timely topic by examining how Millennials and Generation Z perceive ChatGPT, a significant aspect given the increasing role of AI in everyday life. This focus on generational differences adds originality and relevance, shedding light on varying attitudes that could influence future AI adoption.
Methodology
The mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and in-depth interviews, effectively captures diverse perspectives on ChatGPT. This methodology allows for both quantitative and qualitative insights. However, providing details on the sample size and demographic characteristics would enhance the robustness and generalizability of the findings.
Validity & Reliability
While the study presents interesting findings, further details on the validation of survey and interview instruments would strengthen reliability. Addressing potential biases in participant responses and how they were managed would also enhance the credibility of the results.
Clarity and Structure
The summary clearly conveys the study's objectives and key findings. However, organizing the information into distinct sections—such as background, methodology, results, and implications—would improve clarity and help readers navigate the content more easily.
Result Analysis
The findings indicate that Millennials are more familiar with ChatGPT, while Generation Z adopts a more critical perspective. Expanding on specific examples of how each generation interacts with ChatGPT and detailing their concerns would provide deeper insights. Additionally, discussing the implications of these attitudes for AI's future in various contexts would enhance the practical relevance of the research.
