An Algorithm for Novel Clustering Wireless Sensor Network
Abstract
Wireless sensor network (WSN) refers to a cluster of sensor nodes used for observing the physical conditions pf the environment such as temperature, pressure, humidity, moisture and other parameters. The sensors nodes form a network in the deployed area and monitor the conditions they are intended to perform. The collected sensor data is consolidated to arrive at conclusions for various decision making process. In order to provide a centralized control to the network, the nodes are organized in to various clusters where each cluster will be assigned a cluster head. The member sensors in the clusters will collect the data and send the sensed data to the cluster head. The cluster head aggregates the sensed data and decisions are taken accordingly. This paper discuss about an energy efficient clustering algorithm for wireless sensor network.

Relevance and Originality
The research article tackles a key issue in wireless sensor networks (WSN) by introducing an energy-efficient clustering algorithm. This subject is highly relevant due to the increasing need to optimize energy use in sensor networks to improve their efficiency and lifespan. While the focus on energy efficiency is significant, the paper could enhance its originality by contrasting its algorithm with existing methods and emphasizing unique improvements or innovations it introduces.
Methodology
The article presents a clustering algorithm aimed at enhancing energy efficiency in WSNs but lacks detailed methodology on its design and validation. It should offer a thorough description of how the algorithm was developed, including the parameters and validation process. Detailed information on simulations or experiments used to test the algorithm’s effectiveness would strengthen the methodology section.
Validity & Reliability
Ensuring the validity of the proposed clustering algorithm is essential for its practical use in WSNs. The article should provide empirical evidence or simulation results showing the algorithm’s success in reducing energy consumption compared to other methods. Reliability can be improved by demonstrating consistent performance across various scenarios and network settings.
Clarity and Structure
The research article discusses WSNs and clustering but would benefit from a clearer structure. The paper should include well-defined sections on the algorithm’s design, implementation, and evaluation. A more organized structure with headings for methodology, results, and discussion would help readers understand the algorithm’s impact better.
Result Analysis
The article mentions the emphasis on energy efficiency but lacks detailed result analysis. It should include specific quantitative results demonstrating the algorithm’s performance, such as energy savings and network lifetime improvements, compared to other algorithms. Graphs and performance metrics would provide a more thorough analysis of the algorithm’s effectiveness.
