Efficiency and Challenge of Adoption of Artificial Intelligence of Bangladeshi IT Workforce: A Review
Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is positioned to facilitate the modernization of sectors globally, including the emerging IT industry in Bangladesh. This review examines the efficacy and challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence (AI) among IT workers in Bangladesh. The diffusion of innovation theory is used in this study to explore factors that influence acceptance or resistance to artificial intelligence in a developing nation’s environment. The paper brings out numerous challenges to AI adoption including lack of data source, inadequacy of trained personnel and moral issues. Additionally, it explores the path towards Bangladesh's economic prosperity by harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technological advancements. The objective of this work is to improve comprehension of how AI may be effectively used in Bangladesh. This review also suggests strategies for integrating this technology with training programs that prioritize the safety and well-being of humans.
