Journal Descriptions

Trusts & Trustees is the leading international journal on trust law and practice, and the official journal of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law. The most significant source of information in its field, the journal is essential for all trusts practitioners and lawyers. Within these ten issues, we plan several Special Issues each year: Issue 6 is always our special issue on Private Foundations: A World Review (edited By Dr Johanna Niegel, Industrie- und Finanzkontor Ets., Liechtenstein). Distinctive aspects of the journal's approach are: High quality analysis from leading practitioners and academics Concise and accessible presentation of a wide range of topics Stimulating comment and opinion on legal and practice developments Practical analysis of recent topical cases Articles focusing on the common practical and risk management issues as well as on the practical aspects underlying the law Good balance of domestic UK and offshore coverage Coverage of recently published books and resources of interest to trust practitioners Searchable online database of back issues Material made available online prior to distribution of print copies The journal is ideal for international trust lawyers working in both private practice and in-house in trust companies; trusts practitioners; and those working in trust companies. It will also be an essential source of reference for academics specializing in trusts; members of the judiciary; members of regulatory bodies; and institutional libraries.
