Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai Educatio Artis Gymnasticae (SUBBEAG)

Studia Universitatis Babeș-Bolyai Educatio Artis Gymnasticae, journal of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the Babes-Bolyai University, started in 1993 as a part of Studia Universitatis Babeș-Bolyai series. During 1995-1996, 1997-1998 the issues of the journal were published in a cumulative volume. From 1999 to 2004 the journal was published annually; during 2005-2007 the rhythmicity of journal was two issues/year and starting with 2008 are published four issues/year. The journal appears quarterly (March, June, September, December) and articles are accepted in English. Since it was first issued in 1993, the journal evolved to an international reach. Thus, it created a network of researchers from prestigious universities which enables its members to share and disseminate their research concerning current subjects and international themes. The aim of the journal is to encourage original contributions in Sport science and Physical Therapy and related fields. We strive towards a number of goals, of which we hereby mention the most important: To establish a platform for academic debates of the highest standard, involving researchers from Romanian universities alongside reputable academics from abroad; To promote Romanian research in English and to increase its impact on the field; To approach research subjects which are currently relevant, as well as extremely rich and stimulating from a scientific viewpoint.
