Santé Publique (SP)
Journal Descriptions
Santé publique is a quarterly French-language, general, and multidisciplinary journal published by the French Society of Public Health and managed by an independent editorial board. It is intended for everyone: public health researchers, professionals and users, decision-makers, and trainers in the field. Its mission is to support public health research, promote knowledge sharing between researchers and field workers, and facilitate the exchange of practices between professionals. It publishes articles setting out research work, analyses or evaluations of interventions, summaries, reflections and opinions on public health. To encourage and facilitate the exchange of experience and knowledge, the magazine has developed an original article-writing support service. Santé Publique is published six times a year, and can be accompanied by special issues on topical themes. Since 2013, Santé publique has been enriched by a new section, "Pratiques et organisation des soins" from the CNAMTS magazine. It complements the two previous sections: " Policies, interventions and expertise in public health" and "Africa, public health and development". This integration enables us to decompartmentalize the sectors of prevention and health services research, which is recognized as a major challenge for our healthcare system.
