The Rwanda Law Journal (RLJ) is a peer-reviewed open-access academic journal dedicated to advancing legal scholarship in Rwanda and beyond. Established in 2018 and published by the Institute of Legal Practice and Development in collaboration with the University of Rwanda, the journal serves as a platform for critical analysis of legal issues affecting Rwanda and comparative legal systems worldwide.
