Rwanda Journal of Engineering, Science, Technology and Environment (RJESTE)

The Rwanda Journal of Engineering, Science, Technology and Environment (RJESTE) is a peer-reviewed journal published bi-annually by the University of Rwanda - College of Science and Technology. The journal aims at publishing original research articles, review articles, and selected conference articles on the latest developments in the fields of engineering, science, technology, environment and related. The publications should either demonstrate a significant new discovery or other contribution that has been established to fairly rigorous scientific standards. The Journal will publish articles written in standard British English. The journal follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and integrity. It is indexed through African Journals OnLine (AJOL), increasing its visibility in the global research community. RJESTE plays a significant role in supporting Rwanda’s vision of becoming a knowledge-based economy by encouraging innovation and applied research that addresses local and regional challenges. Through collaboration among academics, scientists, and industry professionals, the journal contributes to solving real-world problems in infrastructure development, environmental conservation, and technological transformation. It remains an important scholarly outlet for advancing engineering and scientific knowledge in Africa.
