Revista de Direito Sanitário (Journal of Health Law) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by the Centro de Pesquisas de Direito Sanitário (CEPEDISA) at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Established in 2000, it is recognized as the first scientific journal in South America dedicated exclusively to the interdisciplinary field of health law. The journal aims to promote research, debate, and the dissemination of knowledge concerning the legal, ethical, and policy dimensions of healthcare.
