Physics Access (PA)
Journal Descriptions
Physics Access publishes papers of the highest quality and significance in all areas of physics, pure and applied. The journal does not make a subjective assessment on the potential future significance of a paper, instead providing a rapid platform for communicating research that meets high standards of scientific rigour and contributes to the development of knowledge in physics. All physics-related research is in scope, including interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies. All types of results can be published, provided they contribute to advancing knowledge in their field, including negative results, null results and replication studies. The journal covers a broad spectrum of topics within both pure and applied physics, including interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies that contribute to scientific advancement. It welcomes various types of manuscripts such as original research articles, short communications, and review papers. Physics Access follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, validity, and integrity of published research. It emphasizes scientific rigor rather than subjective impact, allowing for the publication of diverse results, including replication and negative findings. As a fully open-access journal, all articles are freely available online under a Creative Commons license, promoting knowledge sharing without financial barriers for readers. The journal also ensures quick publication timelines, often making accepted articles available within a short period. It is indexed in several databases, enhancing visibility and accessibility of published work.
