Pest Management Journal of Ethiopia (PMJE)
Journal Descriptions
The Pest Management Journal of Ethiopia is national in scope but may also entertain manuscripts that have regional nature and are relevant to Ethiopian agriculture. It covers all disciplines of crop protection: diseases, insects, weeds, nematodes and vertebrate pests. Priority is given to papers dealing with crop protection problems that are highly relevant to Ethiopian agriculture. Manuscripts dealing with non-chemical pest management aspects are preferred. The journal focuses on improving agricultural productivity and sustainability through the study of pests and their management. It publishes original research articles, reviews, and technical papers covering a wide range of topics including plant diseases, insect pests, weeds, nematodes, and integrated pest management strategies. The journal also highlights emerging pest challenges and environmentally sustainable control methods. PMJoE plays a significant role in supporting agricultural development by sharing research findings that address real-world farming problems. It encourages contributions from scientists, agronomists, and agricultural practitioners. The journal follows a peer-review process to ensure the scientific quality and reliability of published work.
