PAJBM is a bi-annual and a peer-reviewed open-access journal that focuses on promoting research publications and the dissemination of research findings undertaken by Africans and international scholars from business and management-related disciplines. PAJBM is committed to publishing scholarly articles that have a high impact on the business and management fields as a whole.
