Journal Descriptions

The first 2025 edition of PAIDEIA Journal presents a collection of research articles that address, with scientific rigor and strategic projection, key challenges and opportunities for business management, global logistics, and higher education. Readers will find high-level analyses on university dropout rates in Peru and Latin America, the logistics transformation that the Port of Chancay will entail, the impact of exponential growth companies on innovation ecosystems, and the operational implications of the Incoterms® 2020 update. Each article integrates empirical evidence, current theoretical frameworks, and applicable proposals, offering valuable input for academic and professional decision-making in a dynamic global context. The Scientific Journal Paideia XXI ISSN 2519-5700 (electronic) and ISSN 2221-7770 (print) is a biannual peer-reviewed print and electronic publication and is the Official Publication of the Graduate School of Ricardo Palma University (EPG-URP).
