The Nigerian Journal of Environment and Health (NJEH) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to bridging the gap between science, practice, and policy on environment-health issues. It aims to enhance public health and sustainable development in Nigeria by serving as a platform for exchanging critical ideas among academia, industry, policymakers, regulatory agencies, and other informed stakeholders. The journal also welcomes high-quality articles that address international concerns related to environment and health.The aim of NJEH is to promote the exchange of knowledge and ideas concerning environment-health issues, with a focus on improv\ing public health and fostering sustainable development in Nigeria. The journal covers topics relevant to both national and international environmental health concerns. At the present time, the NJEH operates only the online Open Access edition. Each article is posted online as soon as it is accepted for publication by the Editor-in-Chief following the peer-review process.
