Neurotoxicity Research (NR)
Journal Descriptions
Neurotoxicity Research is an international journal encompassing both basic and clinical research in neurotoxicity and related mechanisms. Features interdisciplinary research on neurodegeneration, apoptosis, nerve regeneration, and neurotrophic actions. A broad-based platform for exploring classical neurotoxins. Actively invites papers on neurodegenerative disorders and the neural effects of substances of abuse. Neurotoxicity Research is dedicated to disseminating information obtained from quality research covering nervous system function including behavior, genetic, molecular, cellular, biochemical, anatomical, circuitry, and pathology within a framework of effects of exogenous or endogenous toxic factors across the lifespan as well as approaches for interventions to mitigate neurotoxic outcomes. Priority is given for original research that contributes to understanding mechanisms of neurotoxicity as well as critical reviews that demonstrate the current knowledge in the field.
