Management & Avenir magazine aims to publish original articles by management researchers, teachers and managers from companies and organizations. Its aim is to enable practitioners and teacher-researchers to communicate, exchange and critique their thoughts and research on business and management disciplines. It is aimed at management science teachers and students, as well as a wide audience of managers keen to keep abreast of developments in management sciences, techniques and practices. In addition, this journal is classified CNRS (rank 4), HCERES (rank B), HARZING referenced and recognized as one of the leading generalist management journals by FNEGE/CEFDG (rank 3). Management & Avenir magazine publishes 6 issues per year. The Management & Avenir magazine is a general-interest magazine that publishes independent articles and special issues on the following themes : – human resources – logistics – strategy – management – finance – marketing – governance – information and communication – pedagogy The Management & Avenir journal is made up of: – an orientation and editorial committee – a reading committee made up of university professors and HDR or doctoral doctors (see section “ Governance ”)
