Jurnal Medik Veteriner (JMV) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by Universitas Airlangga in collaboration with the Indonesian Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA). Established in 2019, the journal serves as a platform for the publication of high-quality and innovative research in veterinary and animal sciences. The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, case reports, and short communications that contribute to the advancement of veterinary medicine and animal health. JMV covers a broad range of topics including veterinary anatomy, pathology, microbiology, reproduction, parasitology, animal welfare, epidemiology, veterinary public health, animal husbandry, and clinical veterinary sciences. The journal also accepts studies involving food animals, companion animals, equine medicine, aquatic animals, wildlife species, laboratory animals, forensic veterinary science, biomolecular research, herbal medicine, and animal models of human diseases. The journal follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality and integrity. JMV has gained international recognition through indexing in major databases, including Scopus, and is accredited as SINTA 1 in Indonesia. Published in English, it aims to facilitate scientific communication among veterinarians, researchers, academics, and animal health professionals worldwide.
