Journal of Neuroradiology is an international, peer-reviewed medical journal devoted to diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology, neuroimaging, and imaging-based neuroscience. Established in 1974, it is the official journal of the French Society of Neuroradiology (SFNR) and publishes original research that advances the diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the brain, spine, head, and neck. The journal provides an important forum for neuroradiologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, neurointerventional specialists, and imaging scientists worldwide. The journal publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, technical notes, clinical studies, case reports, editorials, and correspondence covering diagnostic neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology, cerebrovascular diseases, stroke imaging, spinal imaging, pediatric neuroradiology, head and neck imaging, functional MRI, diffusion imaging, perfusion imaging, molecular neuroimaging, artificial intelligence, and image-guided therapies. It encourages translational research integrating advanced imaging technologies with clinical neuroscience to improve patient diagnosis and treatment. Journal of Neuroradiology is indexed in major bibliographic databases including MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, Embase, and the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE).
