The Roraima Administration Journal (RARR) of continuous publication (ISSN 2237-8057 online) has the mission of promoting the advancement of the theory and practice of administration, with contributions from publishing original scientific articles aimed at private, public and third sector organizations, promoting relevant reflections on the national and international scene. RARR focuses on publishing scientific contributions in the broad area of administration, choosing as its preferred theme contributions in the areas of personnel management, finance, strategies and marketing. In addition to the regular issues, RARR publishes special volumes with a specific focus, resulting from research projects or relevant themes in specific areas that meet the lines proposed in its sections. RARR publishes theoretical and theoretical-empirical articles, and accepts both empirical and methodological contributions. Occasionally, articles on other topics may be evaluated for publication, if the subject is considered to be of interest to the Journal's audience. In order to disseminate the contributions published by RARR and to facilitate access to them for the national and international community of readers and authors, RARR publishes the titles and abstracts of all articles in Portuguese, Spanish or English , and the full texts may be submitted in any of these languages. In addition, the Journal is registered in a wide variety of indexers that have national and international relevance.
