Journal of Management is an annual research journal published as peer-reviewed by Management Research Department, Faculty of Management, Mahendra Multiple Campus, Dharan. It provides a forum for the publication of research-based articles in the area of management. The Board of editors encourages scholars and researchers to prepare their research papers and present them at seminars. Participants and commentators will point out the pitfalls of the papers, if any and then the researcher will submit the improved copy to the Board of Editors. After a rigorous peer review, the Board of Editors provides them the space in the journal. All enquiries should be directed to the board of Editors managementresearchcommittee@gmail.com.
