The Journal of E-Government is a peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on research in electronic governance, digital public administration, and the use of information and communication technologies in government services. Established in 2004, the journal provided a scholarly platform for examining how digital tools transform government operations, improve public service delivery, and enhance transparency and citizen engagement.
