Over the decades the discourse on NTFP has shifted from mere resources available for the local community to harvest and sustain livelihoods to products and services that have helped mankind in different ways. The ambit of Non-Timber Forest Products has also undergone a transformation over the centuries. Interest in other forest products and their derivatives apart from timber has grown over the years. The Journal intends to encourage the community associated directly or indirectly with Non-Timber Forest Products to bring out and contribute original work on the different Non-Timber Forest Products and services.
