İstanbul Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Dergisi is a peer reviewed, open access scientific journal published by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of İstanbul University–Cerrahpaşa, Türkiye. The journal provides an international platform for the publication of original research articles, review papers, short communications, and case reports covering all aspects of veterinary medicine and animal sciences. It publishes manuscripts in English and follows a double blind peer review process to ensure high scientific quality. The journal aims to advance veterinary knowledge by disseminating research in veterinary clinical sciences, pathology, microbiology, virology, parasitology, pharmacology, toxicology, surgery, internal medicine, reproduction, animal nutrition, genetics, epidemiology, animal welfare, food hygiene, and veterinary public health. It encourages interdisciplinary studies that improve animal health, livestock production, food safety, and One Health initiatives. The journal is indexed in several national and international databases and follows internationally recognized ethical publishing standards. Originally published under the title İstanbul Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Dergisi, the journal has continued its publication as Acta Veterinaria Eurasia, expanding its international readership while maintaining its association with İstanbul University–Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. It serves researchers, academicians, veterinarians, postgraduate students, and professionals involved in veterinary and animal sciences.
