The International Journal of Training and Development is a scholarly forum for debate, theoretical development and the reporting of high-quality original, conceptual or empirical research - whether quantitative or qualitative – aimed at the academic and wider communities, as well as those engaged in public policy formulation and implementation. The International Journal of Training and Development (IJTD) is an international forum for the reporting of high-quality research. Multidisciplinary, international and comparative in approach, the journal publishes research which ranges from the empirical, theoretical, conceptual and methodological to more policy-oriented types of work. The scope of the Journal is training and development, broadly defined.
