If deemed suitable for further consideration, articles (in the second round) will be sent to external referees under the direction of a reviewing editor. Authors are encouraged to send an electronic version of their manuscript in MS-WORD formats to expedite the reviewing process. Articles should be sent directly to the Editor-in-Chief.
