International Journal of Research in Marketing & Human Resource Management (IJRMHRM) is a peer-reviewed open access journal, which publishes top level original research articles review papers, conceptual framework, case studies, empirical research and book reviews, theoretical and practice oriented papers, dealing with problems of modern management and provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and experiences related to Marketing and Human Resource Management. IJRMHRM reviews papers within two weeks of submission and publishes accepted articles on-line immediately upon receiving the final version and followed by print medium. The abstracts will be indexed and available at major academic databases. All submitted manuscripts should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing. IJRMHRM welcomes submission of manuscripts concerning Marketing & HR Management and their applications in business, industry and other subjects.
