International Journal of Applied Science and Technology Research Excellence (IJASTRE) is a scholarly open access, peer-double blind reviewed, interdisciplinary, bi-monthly and fully refereed international journal focusing on theories, methods and applications in Engineering and Technology. IJASTRE covers all areas of Applied Sciences and Technology, publishing refereed original research articles and technical notes. IJASTRE reviews papers within approximately ten days of submission and publishes accepted articles on the internet immediately upon receiving the final versions. IJASTRE publishes original theoretical, empirical and experimental papers, review papers, case studies, and book reviews; occasionally, it publishes special issues on current fashionable themes in economics and/or business. We expect papers from both academia and industry, as due to its free access on INTERNET, a large audience may visit this new virtual journal. The International Editorial Board will review papers within 10 days from the receival and the authors will be notified on the outcome. IJASTRE is in search of better perceptive of applied science-technology- development policy linkages. The objective of IJASTRE is to serve as a generator of ideas that apply to all the science concerns in today’s increasingly interdependent world. The outlet aims to inform, and motivate for action, scholars, and private and public practitioners. Additionally, IJASTRE aims to serve as a means of enlightenment and a tool in the hands of applied science educators all over the world as well as educated lay persons. IJASTRE is designed to provide a forum or platform for researchers/academicians and practitioners who are interested in new knowledge and in discussing ideas, issues and challenges in the field of Applied Science and Technollogy.
