International Journal of Applied Research in Veterinary Medicine (IJARVM) is a peer reviewed scientific journal established to promote excellence in the clinical practice of veterinary medicine through the publication of high quality applied research. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, clinical investigations, and case reports that contribute to improving veterinary diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, and animal health. Its mission is to disseminate scientifically sound and clinically relevant information to veterinarians, researchers, educators, and students in a timely manner. The journal covers a broad range of disciplines including companion animal medicine, food animal medicine, equine medicine, veterinary surgery, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology, pathology, microbiology, parasitology, epidemiology, pharmacology, toxicology, nutrition, and preventive medicine. Emphasis is placed on research that has direct clinical application and improves evidence based veterinary practice. Articles undergo peer review to ensure scientific accuracy and clinical relevance. The journal was published by Veterinary Solutions LLC in the United States and was recognized internationally by veterinary clinicians and researchers. In April 2022, the publisher announced that the journal had ceased publication and was no longer accepting new manuscript submissions. Archived issues remain an important reference source for veterinary professionals.
