Of special interest are articles involving innovative interventions, summaries of important research developments and their implications for practice, updates for high priority topic areas, balanced presentations of controversial issues, and articles that address issues involving policy, professional training, new conceptual models, and empirical studies. Authors of manuscripts for Infants & Young Children should submit them online at http://iyc.edmgr.com. All manuscripts are reviewed by at least 2 experts or consumers before acceptance for publication. Typically one reviewer is chosen from outside the author’s professional field.
