GBAMS-Vidushi is the Biannual research journal published by Ghanshyam Binani Academy of Management Sciences (GBAMS) Mirzapur. The journal was established in 2009, is now publishing two issues in a year. The journal has ISSN no. 0974 – 6374. GBAMS – Vidushi is dedicated to encouraging research in recent Management practices and issues. GBAMS- Vidushi is indexed in Cite factor, PKP Index, J-Gate, Cross-ref, Google Scholar etc. Our editorial policy is guided by independent quality control. Our endeavour is to make ‘GBAMS-VIDUSHI’ relevant to the current scenario by providing relevant information and informed opinion to provoke thoughts and innovative ideas. The journals put emphasis on publishing high-quality research with questions, evidence, &conclusions that are relevant to the current management practices. The journal receives manuscripts with a diverse mix of topics that have relevance in the management field and our acceptances reflect this diversity. The journal encourages new ideas and new perspectives on the existing research. We seek papers from diverse areas. The journal welcome papers from new faculty members and practitioners who are interested to publish their work for career advancement.
