Journal Descriptions

European Journal of Teacher Education ( EJTE ) provides an opportunity for the dissemination of educational research which investigates theory, policy and practice in teacher education at pre-service and in-service levels predominantly in the countries of Europe. Relevant articles from other countries will be considered. EJTE is the official journal of the Association for Teacher Education in Europe ( ATEE). Its audience includes all those who have a professional concern with or interest in the education of teachers for all age groups. Book reviews: Book reviews must be submitted through our designated submission system and will undergo a peer-review process. Reviews should offer a concise yet thorough overview of the book’s main themes and arguments, critically evaluating its strengths, weaknesses, and overall contribution to the field of teacher education theory, policy, and/or practice. Comparisons with existing literature are encouraged to provide context and deepen the analysis. Reviews should be clear, insightful, and aimed at helping readers assess the book's relevance and applicability to their work. Please note that space for book reviews is limited; we prioritize high-quality reviews of newly published books specifically focused on teacher education.
