European Biophysics Journal (EBJ)
Journal Descriptions
The European Biophysics Journal is an international journal that focuses on the study of biological phenomena using physical methods and concepts. Advances understanding of biological structure, dynamics and function by applying physical science principles. Covers diverse areas including structure and dynamics of biological macromolecules, membrane biophysics, cell biophysics, and more. Welcomes submissions of methods, software and databases that are new or substantially improves existing approaches. Presents work in a biophysical context. Published on behalf of the European Biophysical Societies' Association. The journal publishes papers in the field of biophysics, which is defined as the study of biological phenomena by using physical methods and concepts. Original papers, reviews and Biophysics letters are published. The primary goal of this journal is to advance the understanding of biological structure and function by application of the principles of physical science, and by presenting the work in a biophysical context.
