Enfance (Enfance)
Journal Descriptions
Founded in 1948 by Henri Wallon and Hélène Gratiot-Alphandéry, Enfance is one of the few French-language scientific journals devoted to the sensory, motor, cognitive, emotional, social and language aspects of child development. As a relay for the most recent international advances in developmental science, the magazine is closely linked with developmental psychopathology and neuropsychology, epigenetic robotics and educational science. Enfance is part of a policy of international presence for the French language, and publishes in French, alongside articles by French-speaking authors, excellent contributions by English-speaking authors. Our interest in in-depth information as well as scientific news leads us to alternate thematic and diversified issues. The journal is aimed at researchers, teachers and practitioners in the multidisciplinary field of development. It is also a powerful reference base for advanced students.
