Cuestiones Constitucionales: Revista Mexicana de Derecho Constitucional is a prestigious peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Since its establishment in 2013, the journal has served as an important forum for scholarly discussion and research in constitutional law, public law, human rights, administrative law, and comparative constitutional studies.
