Colloquia Germanica Stetinensia is an international peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Szczecin, Poland. Founded in 2023, the journal serves as a platform for scholarly exchange among researchers in German studies and related philological disciplines. Since 1996, it has appeared as an annual publication and has developed into a recognized forum for both established scholars and emerging researchers from Poland and abroad. The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, and critical studies addressing a broad spectrum of topics in German language, literature, and culture. Its core areas include literary studies and linguistics, while additional issues may focus on cultural studies, translation studies, language teaching, language acquisition, lexicology, lexical semantics, etymology, and applied linguistics. The journal also welcomes contributions related to communicative competence and German as a foreign language. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality and integrity. The journal is indexed in major international databases such as Scopus, DOAJ, ERIH PLUS, EBSCO, CEEOL, and CEJSH, enhancing its visibility within the international scholarly community. As an open-access publication, all articles are freely available online without publication fees.
