Collectanea Mathematica (CM)

Collectanea Mathematica is a long‑standing, international, peer‑reviewed mathematics journal founded in 1948 and published on behalf of the Institute of Mathematics of the University of Barcelona. It is considered the oldest mathematics research journal in Spain and has been under the publication umbrella of Springer Nature since 2011. The journal issues three editions per year and publishes original research papers spanning a broad spectrum of mathematical disciplines, from pure areas like algebra and geometry to applied and computational mathematics. It carries both print (ISSN 0010‑0757) and electronic (E‑ISSN 2038‑4815) identifiers. The editorial leadership is headed by Carlos D’Andrea, PhD, with Joaquim Ortega Cerda as Managing Editor, supported by an international editorial board. Collectanea Mathematica maintains rigorous peer review and is indexed in key scientific databases including Web of Science and Scopus. It is published by Springer‑Verlag Italia SRL, part of Springer Nature, which provides global dissemination and access through its digital platforms.
