Central European Public Administration Review (CEPAR) is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to the advancement of public administration theory and practice. Originally established in 2019 and published by the Faculty of Public Administration at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, the journal serves as a scholarly platform for researchers, policymakers, public managers, and practitioners interested in governance and administrative development in Central Europe and beyond. The journal aims to contribute to the modernization, effectiveness, and transparency of public administration systems through high-quality interdisciplinary research.
