BNR Economic Review (BNR ER)

The BNR Economic Review is a biannual economic research journal published by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR). Established in 2016, it serves as an official research outlet for high‑quality applied economic analysis that supports evidence‑based decision‑making and policy formulation in Rwanda. Each volume of the journal typically features research articles, policy essays, and empirical studies on key macroeconomic issues such as monetary policy transmission, inflation dynamics, financial sector development, economic growth, exchange rate behavior, and other aspects of Rwanda’s economic performance.
