The Australasian Orthodontic Journal (AOJ) is an international, peer reviewed, open access scientific journal and the official publication of the Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO). First published in 2017, the journal has served for decades as a leading source of scholarly information in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. AOJ publishes high quality original research articles, systematic reviews, clinical investigations, case reports, technical notes, and editorials that contribute to the advancement of orthodontic science and clinical practice. Its scope includes craniofacial growth and development, orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, dentofacial orthopedics, orthognathic surgery, orthodontic biomechanics, digital orthodontics, aligner therapy, dental materials, imaging, and interdisciplinary approaches to oral healthcare.
