Ataturk Universitesi Veteriner Bilimleri Dergisi (Atatürk University Journal of Veterinary Sciences) is a peer reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Atatürk University, Türkiye. Established in 2016, the journal provides an international platform for the publication of original research articles, review papers, case reports, and invited reviews covering all areas of veterinary medicine and animal sciences. It accepts manuscripts in both Turkish and English and aims to promote the dissemination of high quality scientific research that contributes to animal health, livestock production, food safety, and veterinary public health. The journal publishes studies in basic veterinary sciences, including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, histology, microbiology, pathology, parasitology, pharmacology, toxicology, and virology. Clinical disciplines such as surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, reproduction, and artificial insemination are also well represented. In addition, it covers animal nutrition, genetics, biostatistics, animal production, laboratory animal science, food hygiene, and technology. The journal is indexed in several international databases, including Scopus (historical coverage), CAB Abstracts, EBSCO, CABI Full Text, Google Scholar, and national Turkish indexing services, increasing the visibility and accessibility of published research. It serves researchers, veterinarians, academicians, and postgraduate students interested in veterinary science and related disciplines.
