Arbeidsrett publishes research articles, articles, analyses, comments and debate on topics within labour legislation. The journal primarily publishes articles with analysis of issues within labour legislation, comments on new legal usage and reviews of the literature on labour legislation, but also publishes opinion pieces on topical issues in legal policy. The journal features comments on international labour legislation issues in which EU/EEA law plays a central role, as well as regularly publishing articles from research communities in the rest of Scandinavia. Arbeidsrett is directed primarily to lawyers and is an important source for lawyers, legal consultants and judges.
